I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly, they made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. It was very clean, and the hotel facilities were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, and there was a variety of options available.

Hilas is a remote oasis - relaxing, welcoming staff, tasty food, healthy thermal water, aqua park, spa with thermal pool.

Spent Christmas at this secluded resort in a peaceful location. Enjoyed the thermal water and spa treatments offered. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a great aqua park facility for outdoor enthusiast. The serene environment was refreshing and it was comforting to be in a place free of the city noises.
The sauna was not operational and the pool was crowded with day visitors. The bathroom could have been cleaner due to the technical issues experienced.

The peaceful location and delicious food were the best aspects of our romantic escape. We enjoyed relaxing in the thermal pools and trying out the different beauty treatments. It was also great to have the aqua park nearby for some extra fun in the sun.
